With the exception of site licensing, all software from PlanData is sold on a "single-seat" basis. Site licensing enables the licensee to run unlimited concurrent users. Customization is available and will be quoted separately.

SpaceMan is available in two "flavors": the full-featured Pro version, or the lower-cost Standard option geared toward those who would like to perform important functions, such as color coding floor plans, demising, obtaining rentable lease calculations, producing lease exhibits or publishing graphics on the Web, but don't need to save the changes to the main database.

Installation and training is available for $1200, per day, for as many people as you like. We also offer additional web training at a cost of $150 per hour. Annual technical support is provided for 15% of the price of software with a minimum of $500.
